Day 03 : BWINDI NATIONAL PARK

Collect packed breakfast from the lodge
This morning you will have to wake up very early to get ready for Gorilla tracking
one of the most exciting wildlife experiences on earth. There are now only 650 left
in the world! Expect to adventurously track through the Impenetrable Forest before
you encounter any gorillas which is definitely worthwhile as you observe them
closely while they eat, play with the young ones, rest and act like Humans. A unique
and inspiring experience which one can’t miss! The Gorilla is a shy and peaceful
animal and it is an unforgettable experience to watch and photograph them as they
interact. There are always Park Guides with you who interpret the flora and fauna
and the lifestyle of the Gorillas

Known as the safari capital of Africa, Nairobi is an energetic, modern city that
serves as a fascinating introduction to both wildlife and nightlife. Music clubs
pulse with life, shops and markets bustle, and a mélange of restaurants will tempt
your palate in this former Maasai watering hole. Top sights include the Karen Blixen
Museum, Giraffe Centre and the black rhinos of Nairobi National Park. The compact
city Centre is safe to walk in and taxis make other areas accessible.
Depending on arrival time at Airport, you can visit the Karen Blixen Museum which
was once the centre piece of a farm at the foot of the Ngong Hills owned by Danish
Author Karen and her Swedish Husband, Baron Bror von Blixen Fincke. The Museum
belongs to a different time period in the history of Kenya. The farm house gained
international fame with the release of the movie ‘Out of Africa’ an Oscar winning
film.

Day 05 : NAIROBI – AMBOSELI NATIONAL PARK

Park.
Crowned by Mount Kilimanjaro, Africa's highest peak, the Amboseli National Park is
one of Kenya's most popular parks. The name "Amboseli" comes from a Maasai word
meaning "salty dust", and it is one of the best places in Africa to view large herds
of elephants up close. Nature lovers can explore five different habitats here
ranging from the dried-up bed of Lake Amboseli, wetlands with sulphur springs, the
savannah and woodlands.

Amboseli national park highlights mostly concentrate on the large population of
African Elephants that roam freely at the park. The red dusted Elephants which take
more time sprinkling the young ones with water at the lake. One of the Amboseli
National Park highlights is the clear back drop of the African peak that is Mt
Kilimanjaro. Guests are able to have scenic clear views of the world’s tallest free
standing mountain while at the park together with over 400 species of the birds.

Cross the border at Namanga border and change the vehicle after immigration
formalities.
You will take a short stopover in Arusha for lunch
After lunch, you will be driven to Ngorongoro Crater.
The Ngorongoro Crater in Northern Tanzania, once a gigantic volcano, is the largest
intact caldera in the world. Some maintain that before it erupted, it would have
been higher than Mt Kilimanjaro, the highest peak in Africa. Today, long since
having collapsed and eroded, it is an extensive highland area with the famous 600 m
deep Ngorongoro Crater as its focal point. Nearly three million years old, the
ancient caldera shelters one of the most beautiful wildlife havens on earth.

Collect packed lunch from the Lodge and you will be driven into the Crater floor for
full day game drives.
In the afternoon, you will be driven to Ngorongoro Crater
Located in Northern Tanzania, the Ngorongoro Crater is best known for its natural
beauty and abundance of diverse wildlife; which makes it one of Africa’s most
popular safari destinations. Surrounded by Tanzania’s highlands, this UNESCO-listed
crater is said to be the world’s largest intact volcanic caldera. Visitors can look
forward to spotting the world-renowned Big Five and a host of other wildlife species
including large herds of zebra and wildebeest. It is famed as one of Tanzania’s best
tourist attractions offering visitors an array of wonderful activities including

Serengeti National Park is one of the largest wildlife sanctuaries on the planet and
the largest National Park in Tanzania, covering an extension of 15,000 square
kilometres. Its landscapes depict the mythical image of an Africa of large spaces,
profound blue skies dotted with clouds, cool sunrises and fire-red sunsets.
Serengeti encompasses the world-famous Seronera Valley which is known for its prime
wildlife-viewing opportunities. This picture-perfect landscape is characterised by
endless stretches of savannah-covered open plains interspersed by rocky outcrops of
granite and scattered with acacia woodlands and covered in a network of rivers and
streams. The Central Serengeti forms part of the great wildebeest and zebra

Thanks to the diverse ecosystem and large habitats of the Serengeti, it can support
a vast amount of wildlife. Here herbivores roam free in great numbers, feasting off
Serengeti’s nutricious landscapes.
Due to the abundance of prey species, predators appear in great numbers as well.
It’s said that over 3000 lions live in this ecosystem, making it the largest
population of lion’s in Africa. The lions aren’t the only predators either, they
share the area with many more cat like creatures and other predators. Serengeti is
home to a great number of leopards and cheetah’s as well as hyena’s, wild dogs and
many other species.
